SEASONED ADULTS
Muay Thai/ Thai boxing is the cultural martial art of Thailand. Muay Thai is a great Martial Art to develop your fitness, coordination, balance and awareness skills. You'll benefit from individual training and team training within the class environment.
MUAY THAI
Kickboxing is a stand up combat sport based on punching and kicking. It can be practiced as a hobby for fitness, self defense or as a competitive sport.
KICKBOXING
We have adopted many techniques from many styles of Martial Art to fit into our karate syllabus. Our style of Karate features the deep-seated stances and blocking techniques from traditional Japanese arts and the exciting, dynamic kicking techniques from Korean Taekwondo.
KARATE CLASSES
Our Little Dragons classes are designed to give children a great start to learning. Classes are structured to introduce basic Karate principles such as blocking, punching and kicking and we'll also develop your child's fitness, coordination and balance with the use of exercise.

OUR CLASSES
Little Dragons develop higher levels of confidence, self esteem, focus and self discipline thanks to our structured syllabus.Our Little Dragons syllabus has been designed to introduce basic levels of Karate, similar to those taught to our junior students, and Little Dragons progress through a ranked system the same as our other students.
Little Dragons are invited to gradings if they have shown excellent behaviour and focus during the training period before the assessment. Little Dragons begin at White Dragon and progress through the ranks to Black Dragon.
Children who reach Black Dragon before turning 7 years old remain in Little Dragons until they are old enough to join Junior Karate. Those who turn 7 before reaching Black Dragon may remain in Little Dragons to complete the Little Dragons program, or move up to Junior Karate.

Our instructors are a professional team of coaches. They are energetic, outgoing and all share a passion for teaching Martial Arts. They have a sincere interest in your self development and in helping you to achieve your goals. They are all trained to use the most positive language to inspire you and motivate you with their feedback.

Grandmaster Vince began his Martial Arts career in 1979 at Ipswich Martial Arts and Fitness Centre. He achieved his 1st Dan (Black Belt) in August 1982 and has subsequently gained numerous national and international Karate honours. He has represented both England and Great Britain at 19 international Karate events.
His competitive kickboxing career brought British, European and World title success between 1990 & 1994.
When he retired from competition in 1994 until he opened his full time Academy in Norwich in 2000, Grandmaster Vince, in addition to coaching Karate & Kickboxing, worked in both private and state schools in many roles. These included; one to one SEN, group EBD, one to one EBD, sports and mentoring. These roles have further helped him to provide Martial Arts tuition that suits a massive range of academic ability and emotional resourcefulness.
